COCOBA believes that every home tells a story and we want to bring yours to life. Working directly with artisan communities throughout Colombia (without intermediaries), we fuse traditional techniques with modern design. The result is unique, handcrafted designs that offer both soul and style.

HOW IT ALL STARTED?

Hello! My name is Marta, I am from Córdoba living between Colombia and Spain, driven by the passion to generate a social and positive impact by publicizing the artisan work of communities of artisans in Colombia . My goal is to show the world the design, good taste and craftsmanship found in these communities, thus contributing to a positive change in their lives.

COCOBA is a brand that was born in Colombia in the summer of 2018, after an incredible trip with friends, where we fell in love with the culture and richness of the Andean country. Upon returning, we decided to create an e-commerce to offer Colombian design products and brands: unique, handmade and made in a respectful way with the environment.

We are proud to be a window to the world so that Colombian talent is recognized in all corners of the planet. What makes us unique and unrepeatable is that each piece has a unique manufacturing process , careful to the last detail, since they are handmade with natural products from different regions, such as cotton, fique, plastic bottles and post-consumer recycled polyester. .

In addition, part of the profits obtained in the commercialization of our products are destined to the conservation and development of the guild of artisans of Colombia. With each purchase, you are directly contributing to the growth and preservation of these communities .

After a brief hiatus due to the pandemic, we are back in 2023 with an even broader offer and special lines that we have never presented before.
